No spying
We don't market to your customers, collect their data, or even want to know who they are. You're getting a platform, not a walled garden.
Your customers are yours
Chobble CIC is a community interest company that provides hosting for a ticketing platform. That's it. We have no interest in marketing to your customers, collecting data on them, or even knowing anything about them or your events.
We don't store any of your customer data as it passes through our systems. We don't build profiles, track behaviour, or sell insights. Your attendees' personal information is encrypted at rest and only decrypted when you, the event organiser, choose to view it.
No walled garden
Many ticketing platforms exist to funnel your customers into their ecosystem. They'll email your attendees about other events, recommend competitors, and build their marketplace on the back of your audience.
Chobble does none of this. When someone buys a ticket to your event, that's a transaction between you and your customer. We don't insert ourselves into that relationship. There is no Chobble account your attendees need to create, no Chobble app they're prompted to download, and no Chobble newsletter they get subscribed to.
No rights to your data
We don't claim any rights to your customer data. We don't use it for analytics, advertising, or product development. We don't share it with third parties. We don't even aggregate it.
You are the data controller. We are just providing the infrastructure for you to run your events. If you leave Chobble, your customer relationships leave with you — because they were never ours to begin with.
A different model
Most platforms offer a "free" tier because they make money from your data and your customers' attention. Chobble charges a straightforward annual fee because that's the only way we make money. There's no hidden data economy subsidising the price.
As a community interest company, Chobble exists to serve its users, not to extract value from them or their customers.
