Ticketing for class reunions

Sell tickets for school, college, and university reunions. Collect meal choices and dietary requirements at checkout, with monthly billing at £5 for a one-off event.

One event, set up once

A reunion is usually a single evening, so the £5/month billing option suits it better than an annual plan. Chobble adds no per-ticket platform fee, and payments go directly to the organiser's own Stripe, Square, or SumUp account, whose own charges remain separate.

Custom questions collect what the venue needs: a meal choice, dietary requirements, or the year someone left. A meal choice can change the ticket price automatically, so a three-course option costs more than a buffet option without a separate ticket type.

Each booking records one set of answers. To collect a meal choice for every guest, set the purchase limit to one place per booking, so each guest books their own place.

A registration deadline closes bookings when the caterer needs final numbers, and answers export as CSV for the venue and the seating plan.

A reunion dinner checkout with a menu choice question, a dietary requirements answer, and a £38 total
Each guest picks a menu option and gives dietary details when they book their place.

Guest details stay private

Guest names and contact details are encrypted at rest. Chobble Tickets has no event marketplace and sends no marketing to your guests; the only emails they receive are the booking confirmation and any messages the organiser sends.

Bulk email sends updates to the guest list, such as venue directions or a change of start time, skipping anyone who has unsubscribed. Classmates who pay by cash or bank transfer are added as manual attendees, so one list covers everyone.

On the night, tickets can be checked off by phone scan or name search, or the exported list can be printed and used at the door.
